I invite you to join me for an hour of Meditation and Mindfulness Connection as we explore mindfulness and connect with ourselves and each other in meaningful ways.
During this free Zoom event you will experience a 10 minute guided meditation practice, a moment of gratitude, a mindfulness discussion and sharing with each other, and a closing meditation.

No experience or equipment is required and all levels are welcomed. The event takes place online through Zoom. The Zoom link will be provided in the Confirmation email after you register for the event.
