During each 1 hour session we will explore just a few of the following areas below that best fits your needs. Please let me know if you have a specific need or question not be listed below:
- Learn to mediate or deepen your current practice.
- Build and sustain a daily meditation and mindfulness practice created to meet your needs and goals.
- Develop and integrate mindfulness techniques into your daily life.

Pricing
- 1 Hour Session: $45 per session
Location
Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching sessions are 1 hour and via Zoom. A Zoom invitation will be emailed to you once the session is scheduled. If you’re local to the Charlotte, NC area arrangements could be made to meet outside if weather permits. If you are not fully vaccinated then each 1 hour session will be via Zoom.
